Rates
Base Ambulatory
NEMT
0-10 Miles One Way = $60 (2.50 per mile after 10)
0-10 Miles Round Trip = $120
Hospital Discharge = Starting at $75
Weekend Ride = Add $25
After-Hours Ride = Add $20 (services before 7am and after 6pm)
Additional Stop = Add $15
Wait Time Beyond 15 Minutes = $25 per 15 Minutes

• 72-Hour Advance Notice Preferred
• Same-Day Service Subject to Availability
• Ambulatory Passengers Only
• Payment Due Prior to Transportation Unless Other Arrangements Are Made
Prescription/Pharmacy Delivery Rates
Standard Rates
Local deliveries (0-10 miles): $25 flat
Extended Local (11-25 miles): $45 flat
Regional Deliveries (26-50 miles): $75 flat
Product Handling Tiers
Medical Specimen/ Stat Deliveries: Premium priority handling- additional $15 surcharge
Prescriptions / Medical Records: Standard handling- included in base rate
Medical supplies/Bulk equipment: +$10-$25 surcharge depending on weight/volume
